Trauma Therapy Jacksonville FL ART

HOW CAN I HELP?

I am trained in two evidence-based trauma therapies: Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). ART differs from traditional talk therapy, such as TF-CBT, in that it is an eye-movement therapy. Similar to EMDR but intended to work quicker, ART is believed to activate the brain's natural information processing system through eye movements. This allows individuals to reprocess memories in a more adaptive way, leading to symptom reduction and emotional healing. Check out the ART video below to learn more.

Both TF-CBT and ART have high success rates and have helped many people live symptom-free.

I won’t sugarcoat it; working through trauma in therapy can be difficult at first because it involves revisiting painful memories and emotions, which can be uncomfortable. It requires confronting deep-seated fears and vulnerabilities, challenging negative beliefs, and actively engaging in the healing process, which demands courage, patience, and perseverance.

Below, you can schedule a free 15-minute consultation to see if we would be a good fit. There is never any pressure on my end to commit to therapy.
